Safety guidelines:

·         Do NOT move or touch the electrode pads while the product is on.

·         Do NOT use any TENS unit if you are pregnant

·         Do NOT use any TENS unit if you are using a pacemaker or have other metal parts in your body.

·         Do NOT use if you are in labour or with hypertension patients.

·         Do NOT place electrode pads on broken (cuts) or damaged skin.

·         Do NOT use it near the sensitive parts of the body, heart, brain, mouth, intimate areas, head, etc.

·         Only increase strength level one by one, don't continuously increase the intensity level in short period of time.

·         Keep the device out of the reach of children or pets.

·         Stay away from any magnetic fields.

·         Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, high temperatures, exposure and water.

·         If the pads are not sticky, use a damp cloth to clean or change to a new batch.

·         To protect the electrode patches, after use, place them on the provided platform or place them back onto the clear adhesive that they come with.

·         If you don't charge the battery for a long time, it will shorten the life of the rechargeable battery. We recommend charging at least every month if you do not use the device for a long period of time.
